PPR is essential due to trials and events activity and this is all managed exclusively online.

When the airfield is closed to GA PPR it is important to note that it can remain open to the based Flying School and based operators who will have had individual briefing and permission for each flight. During some trials it is possible that only a part of the aerodrome will be closed and if a particular runway can remain in use this will be made clear on the PPR information and on any NOTAM. Commercial enquiries can be made direct to the aerodrome manager on 07836 591 596.

Outside of times of commercial activity the aerodrome is open to GA through VFR daylight hours with PPR. Please see Pooley’s or VFR Flight Guide for plates and check the ON Line PPR system for activity. www.flysnowdonia.com.

Danger Areas
The Danger Areas are only ever activated by NOTAM and when active a FIS must be on duty giving a DAAIS. A FIS may additionally operate at other times as needed including for FISO training.
